I use these spoons for only one purpose: scooping a very small amount of cat food out of a can, and for that they are perfect. However, they are small and thin, and the handle is very skinny, so they would be unpleasant with which to try to eat something, and definitely not strong nor big enough to use for scooping anything in larger quantities. I bought this brand because another, with virtually identical spoons, kept creeping up in price, so I also am delighted with the value for the $8.78 I paid.

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews - these are afterall "PLASTIC & DISPOSABLE", so keeping that in mind that's exactly what you get. No, its not the queens silverware but it does that job required AND you get ALOT of value for money. We use these spoons for tea/coffee making, kids meals like rice/pasta, taking medicine. We have also used these to mix paint & I actually swiped one to help re-pot a bamboo plant.No - they are not worthy of a dinner party & I would be hesitant to tackle a bowl of soup with these. For a busy family who needs a spoon on the run that can be thrown away & forgotten about these will do the job nicely.

I use these for one purpose only: moving cat food from a can of wet food into multiple paper bowls. Yes, it's an environmental nightmare, but I have one cat that absolutely refuses to eat any dried food, who will starve himself and lose weight rather than eat any dried food. So, I split a can 3 ways among my cats, 4 or so times a day, using these spoons. I don't re-use them, and a package lasts me about 3 months. They work perfectly for this. I recommend them highly if your use case matches mine.

These are Medium Weight, as the description says, not heavy duty. They remind me of the spoons we used to have in our high school cafeteria, with tapered ends (they do not look like the drawing on the box). Reasonably priced and adequate for office coffee service. Not really big enough to be used as soup spoons.

Does the job, bends easily, and cut my lips a few times! it has sharp sides.

These spoons are terrible!! We usually get the ones at Sam's or Costco "Heavyweight". I thought these would compare, NOT. They are about as sturdy as a drinking straw. Try eating soup or ice cream or really anything scooping with a straw. They are small, thin and flimsy. Terrible. I should have sent them back but we were in a pinch and somebody opened them. Would not buy again. Unfortunately, I have also ordered the forks (in fulfillment). I'm afraid they will be as bad.

For the price, you can't beat these spoons. Yes they are a bit flimsy and I wouldn't recommend eating anything hard with them. I used them for a tasting party where they would be used briefly and tossed. They worked great.

For a spoon that costs just over $0.02 each, they are OK. The only issue is that the handle is tapered and appears rather flimsy. I use these spoons on a daily basis at work and the first time I tried eating some yogurt the spoon felt like it was going to snap. Luckily I have not suffered that misfortune as of yet and have no plans to use these on a regular basis except for soft foods. I know that plastic spoons are going to be bendable or breakable but after I finish this box I'm going to be going back to getting either Shop Rite spoons or a different brand from Amazon.

I expected these spoons to be a little thicker than they are. They are fragile.
