It was four loosies. Individual cans loose in a box, free to roll around. As to the product, it's not bad. It's actually kind of nice if sweet is your thing. It tastes like a sweet white grapefruit with just a hint of effervescence. I am sick as I write this, so I need the energy and it has given me a boost. Not jittery. Not a blast, but enough to get up and get stuff done. Subtle onset. Hopefully no crash.
