I purchased this high pressure bike pump to adjust the rear suspension on new my Fat tire e-bike.This pump worked great it was easy to use it allowed me to increase the main chamber pressure of the DNR shock.I could have purchased a less expensive pump but I’m a believer in that you get what you pay for…this is a quality bike pump, it was well packaged and was delivered on time without any issues.

Works great to adjust my fork.

I was previously using a rockshox pump as it came with the purchase of my old mtb. That served me well till it got lost.I was hesitant to buy this pro bike tool shock pump but I bought it anyway because it happened to be on sale. I was pleased surprised when I got it because of the quality of its make and how it was priced lower than fox or rockshox despite its regular price.The only problem I had with it was with the knurled red screw in the middle that releases the valve on the shocks. It screws on the unit but you can totally have it unscrewed and this red screw can get lost, which was exactly what happened with mine.I shot pro bike tool’s customer service an email and they got back with me with a reply not even 24 hours later. Tom of pro bike tools asked me my order number and mailing address and sent me a replacement- no questions asked.I am pleasantly surprised about the product and more pleasantly surprised about pro bike tool’s superb customer service.

Easy to use

Needed an accurate , easy to use pump for my mountain bike for tweaking suspension front and rear.Works great and actually works for my motorcycle as well. Can actually use it on my bicycle tires in a pinch.

This pump worked to inflate my front and rear suspension twice before disintegrating in my hands. First, the handle broke, which was a huge inconvenience, but the pump could still be used. However, during the same session the pump ceased to hold air at around ~250 PSI, and it dumped the contents of my shock. I had to walk my bike out since the shock was now bottoming out on the frame.When it does work, the gauge is very low resolution, so you can't resolve finer differences at the +/-20 PSI. It also seems to undercount PSI in many cases.It is a very flimsy (though lightweight) design that is difficult to use. Since the hose is small and not very flexible, you have to get right up on the frame, which can make pumping very awkward. Since the gauge has very low resolution, you can really only pump the shock in units of 10 in order to resolve a difference on the gauge.
