Definitely worth the money and time! But, make sure you can turn you phone off for 12 hours if you want to use this skin.
I got new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge phones. I bought the Pleson screen protectors first because I didn't like the idea of the wet application for the Skinomi. The Pleson was a giant waste of time and money. It absolutely does not stick to the edges of the S6 Edge phone and it was not application error! So, I decided to give this Skinomi a try. It worked well. I still have a couple of spots that never "wetted" out, but you only see them if the phone screen is black and the light hits it just right. When the phone screen is on, you can't even tell it's there. The wet application process isn't as scary as it seems. The hardest part about it is making sure you keep your phone powered off for 12 hours during and after application while all the liquid dissipates. If you live in a dry climate, like the southwest, there are always dust particles in the air. You will want to take precautions to try and minimize the dust that gets between the skin and the phone screen. The best way to do this is to turn the phone off and take it and a credit card with you into a small bathroom. Close the door, and clean the surface several feet around the area you are going to be working in. Then crank on the hot water and let steam fill the room. (Be prepared, you are going to be sweating buckets while you do this...but it only takes about 15 minutes to finish once you start.)Once the room is full of steam, go ahead and turn off the hot water and then open the Skinomi box. Use the supplied detergent to clean well all the way around your phone, the back, the screen and the edges. (Don't spray into the device. Spray on your rag and then wipe the device). The steam will help keep the dust particles down and it won't hurt the film since you are getting it wet anyway. Then make sure to squirt the detergent on the hand you are going to be using to apply the film. Peel the film and lay it on your wet hand. Squirt the film so there is a light covering over the film with the detergent and then carefully set it down on the face of the phone. If you line up the cutouts for the camera, mic and large buttons first, it will be easier to line it all up. Although with the wet application, you can slide the film a little bit to line it up better after you have set it on the phone if you need to.Then take your credit card and wrap it up in the cloth. Start at the center and gently push the film down onto the phone all the way to the edges. As you come across the edges, make sure you wipe off the excess water before it gets into any of the ports. Once you've pressed the film down over the whole face of the phone, and wiped off the excess water, you can use the rag to do a final wipe across the phone. You will only see a few little spots where water and air will be trapped under the film. Those mostly "wet out" after a few days so don't worry too much about getting out every little imperfection. Lay your phone flat and leave it powered off for 12 hours to make sure all the liquid has dried. You don't want to short anything out in your phone. When you're done you are going to need a towel or a shower for yourself, but your phone screen will be well protected with a lifetime warranty on the skin. Also, the Skinomi people are great at letting you know that you can get a replacement for free if you have any problems, even including that you didn't install it right. They even tell you how to make more detergent if you need it, which is great for future phone cleanings, too.

Amazing product, follow the instructions!
Okay, this skin is amazing. Yes, it takes a bit of effort and time to get on and set and all, but it's worth it to protect a phone that costs close to a thousand dollars.IT WILL LOOK LIKE CRAP AT FIRST. Don't be scared by that and throw it away thinking you did it wrong or it's just crap. Just wait. Be patient. First of all, be prepared to not be able to use your phone for at least 12 hours. They say 4-5 minimum, but it still looked so messy and bubbly and streaky at that point that I'd recommend waiting at least 12 hours so you can see the difference the time makes.I put this on following the included instructions at about 4 in the afternoon. It was very easy to do and get aligned properly, but the bubbles left over and huge ugly streaks really freaked me out. I very nearly took it off like others in these reviews have. But I decided to be patient and give it the 4-5 hours it suggested. Hard to do when I just got my shiny new Edge yesterday, but you do what you have to to protect your investment. So I waited. Around 9 pm I checked and while I could see a marked improvement in terms of less bubbles and less streakiness, it still looked so ugly and messy and my beautiful screen wasn't beautiful anymore. I almost cried. But the improvement I did see made me hopeful that if I waited, it'd get even better. So I shut the phone back off and left it alone while I went to bed. Hoping it'd be worth it in the morning.Well, I woke up at 6 am this morning to a nearly perfectly clear screen! It is beautiful again! Now, there are one or two VERY small bubbles and a slight streak still in one spot, but I am confident that given the 2-3 days they recommend, those will too disappear. I feel like the key is to let it sit unused for at least 12 hours after you first apply it. It worked for me and I'm really happy I didn't give up and tear it off.So please, as hard as it is to not use your brand new shiny for half a day, try it. It's worth it. I now am much more confident having my phone protected. I'm also glad now that I bought a second protector as a backup, in case after some use this one needs to be replaced. I can be pretty rough on phones and I want this one to look beautiful for as long as possible.I wish I'd taken pictures, but my phone *is* my camera, so it wasn't really possible. But look at the other customer images and that will show you the messiness and streakiness I saw at first. It looked just like that but now it looks nearly perfect and I'm pretty sure given the rest of the suggested time, it will look crystal clear in a day or two.ETA: day three and all bubbles and streaks are gone. it's as clear as if it had nothing on it. occasionally mynail does catch it, but it's a self-healing material and a bit of rubbing and some time passing lifts the mark right off. it doesn't stay visible for more than 20 minutes, if that. if I rub it more, it comes out faster.ETA 2: 1 year and a half later and this protector is still going strong! Just recently I gouged it pretty bad when my phone fell face first onto a sharp piece of metal, but after about 4 days the massive gouge is almost invisible thanks to the self healing material. I still have the second screen protector as backup but at this rate I won't ever need it since I'll be upgrading when the S8's come out in spring 2017. TOTALLY worth the money and effort!

Happily using it
Initially it feels cheap, but if you want a screen card for a long go, this one is your choice. Even after many days of usage, scratches will be there but somehow these scratches are not distracting and does not make any difference in your usage of device unlike other cheap screen cards. Happily using it.

NECESSARIA
