Amazing Lefty Mouse
First let me say just how grateful I am to have a true lefty mouse. I work in an environment where part of the time I'm working on my desktop computer, and part of the time I need to connect to a remote desktop application on corporate server. This makes using a traditional mouse left handed very difficult. Currently I need to reset the server to left-handed each time I want to use it. So having a mouse that inherently is left-handed is truly a gift. It doesn't matter which server I connect to I'm still able to use my mouse the way I need to.The Newtral mouse is the right size, the right shape, and works amazingly well. I've seen other left-handed ergonomic mice, but none fit my hand as well as this one does and none have the solid feel of the Newtral mouse. If you want the right mouse for your left-hand this is the one.

Very effective left-handed ergonomic mouse
Mouse is comfortable, accurate, and has smooth action. Scroll wheel is well placed and has smooth action. DPI setting options work very well. Medium size is modest compared to some ergonomic designs, and fits my relatively large hand well.

Comfortable mouse for all day use as a software developero
The product is quite nice for a left handed mouse user.I particularly like the ability to change the DPI, on the fly, depending on which system I am using it with.I usually do not use the included integrated wrist pad, as I find it difficult to use the mouse with any precision using it.However, with a standard mouse wrist pad, I use the mouse without a pad, and am quite happy with it.

Your mileage may vary
The hand rest that goes on the left side of the mouse doesn't click into place. It just fits into the mouse so that it does move along with the mouse. It hasn't disconnected from the mouse as of yet as I suspected it might.Your hand does rest comfortably in that tray while your palm rests on the mouse and your fingers are on the buttons . Make sure you do the measurement of your hand to get the right size. I got the medium. I think I might need the large as my fingers go a little too far over the mouse buttons and my palm is not flat against the mouse. The bottom surface area is larger than a typical mouse. If you are using a hard flat surface such as a table, it will glide easily. I use a bolster since I use my mouse in bed. Moving a larger surface across the bolster requires more arm movement. My wrist and biceps are getting a workout. The buttons on the right where your thumb rests are easily accidentally pressed.I am not used to using the right button to click with my pointer finger and "right clicking" using the left button. The buttons can be switched but I would not be using my pointer finger for normal clicking. I realize that this may seem like a strange way to use a mouse. I've spent decades doing this so trying to get used to a right click with a middle finger pressing the left button is weird. The software doesn't serve much of a purpose. I downloaded it to see what I could do. It allows you to change how each button works. It is supposed to have a "sensitivity tab" but doesn't. I used the windows mouse settings to change the pointer speed.I don't know how someone would like this product if you sit in a chair and put the mouse on a hard flat surface (like a normal person?)Maybe I will get used to it. Maybe I will trade it for a larger one. Or maybe I will go back to a typical mouse.

Left handed mouse works great!
The design doesn't invite carpal tunnel issues. There is a slight problem with the skid pads, they need to be slippery-er....but over all excellent product!

Suitable Logitech MX610 Lefty replacement - but not perfect
I've been using an old Logitech MX610 Left Hand version for over a decade now. First the rubber grip on it began to break down and melt away, but now it's become intermittently jerky to the point of being unusable. Annoyingly, Logitech discontinued this model and all lefty options years ago, and prices have gone through the roof. I've seen them listed for no less than $200 and in excess of $400, absurd for a product released in 2004 but it shows the demand.Kensington released their Pro Fit lefty mouse last year which I tried out. It appeared to be more traditional mouse shaped with an advertised 40° vertical angle. The fully vertical "ergonomic" style ones are horribly uncomfortable for me to use, and aside from ones of that style the Kensington was the first one I'd come across on the lefty mouse market. After a few days of trial I found it to be too vertical and too small for average size hands.I then came across this product, the Newtral mouse. They advertise a 33° angle which is much closer to that of my old MX610. Still more than I'd prefer but a vast improvement over the Kensington. After using it for some time now I'll definitely be keeping it but holding on to hope for a better option to come out. Compared to the Logi it lacks horizontal scrolling, something I use frequently. One other minor feature loss is the volume and mute controls of the MX610. Having those within finger reach was handy, and they worked with macOS too. The programmable buttons on both mice are Windows only so that's not a loss, but it would be nice if Newtral could sort this out - could be a workaround for the lack of horizontal scrolling. In terms of the mouse on it's own, it feels cheap for the price. At nearly $60 I'd expect something more premium. Also at that price point it should be Bluetooth. The nano receiver is an improvement over what I had before but come on, 2.4GHz dongles are so 2 decades ago.Long story short I'm happy with my purchase, but I'd be happier if my old Logitech was still working.
