**Q: Can extra quark be frozen for later use?**
A: It is a milk product and I think it  would get watery. As I experienced with this VERMONT Product.
I'am from Germany and we have Quark I would not hesitate, however I do not like this Quark this company sells.
It is not worth the money at all.

**Q: Does the quark have live cultures_  What is fat content_**
A: Quark is made from fresh local milk that is coagulated overnight into fresh curd, then drained in cheesecloth, similar to old-fashioned cream cheese. The fat content per 1 ounce serving size is 2 g total fat; 1 g Sat fat. Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, culture, enzymes, and salt.

**Q: Is this Quark cheese made with homogenized milk?**
A: I do not know.  
On the container it just says that it is made with pasteurized, non-gmo milk.  You would have to ask Vermont Creamery about this detail.
