Champagne Vinegar - 1 bottle - 12.75 fl oz

I have purchased this champagne vinegar several times. It has a subtle flavor that adds depth to dishes. When I want to add vinegar (or add something acidic/tangy) to a sauce, I know I can add a little bit of this vinegar without overpowering other flavors in the dish. It just pulls things together. I have a chicken recipe handed down in my family, I tried adding a little bit of this vinegar and it went from a family favorite to a restaurant quality dish. This sometimes takes a while for shipping but when I tried other brands they were not as versatile, this one is worth the wait.

I used this Champagne Vinegar while making Lemon Cucumbers into pickles and it was perfect! It had a smooth taste to it and it melded with the other flavors perfectly.

For some reason champagne vinegar is not easy to find in stores. I like to use this vinegar to make a simple oil and vinegar dressing which includes oil, champagne vinegar, small amount of shallots and honey (and salt and pepper if desired).

This is a lovely bottle of vinegar. Great tasting and perfect for the times you need a more delicate tasting flavor.

The bottle arrived well wrapped and was not chipped, cracked, or broken during shipping. However it leaked out through the cork and seal while the bottle lay on its side. So unfortunately the packaging was wet and reeked. On the plus side, it shipped so quickly it only lost 2-3 ounces. Good thing it was opened and unwrapped immediately upon arrival. Otherwise it’s an excellent product.

Every quality I had hoped to incorporate in pickled carrots is in this vinegar. A lighter, slightly sweeter moderate piquancy and good clarity. I have not seen pickled carrots anywhere except as part of a mix so decided to put part of our home grown crop to this use this year. The results are completely satisfying. If you have never pickled carrots you might want to try it. Obviously Champagne vinegar is in a class all its own and leads to exceptional results in many applications. Worth the price - YES!!

This is an outstanding vinegar whose taste is crisp and clear without the acid tones of other wine vinegars. I find the vinegar is complement to fresh salads. As such, I always have a bottle at hand in my kitchen.

The package was wrapped so well! It was so impressive compared to how most packages are sent! The vinegar flavor was an added bonus!
