Better than Coffee
I'll admit I originally bought these for my husband who, thanks to GERD, was forced to quit drinking coffee. I haven't been able to get him to even try these after I bought them, so I tried them out of curiosity. I absolutely love them! The irony is that I hate coffee. The bitter, acidic aftertaste is too much for me. I've tried every version and brand known to man and that bitter, acidic taste is always there and it's the primary reason I can't drink coffee. I never understood how someone could like coffee because of that. Now I do. This tea is like someone pulled out the bitter and acidic elements of coffee, leaving only the best parts of coffee flavoring behind. If this is what people taste when they drink coffee, then no wonder they love it! I'd love it too! But since coffee will forever be bitter and acidic to me, this tea is the closest I'll come to liking coffee. And, as far as teas go, it's really tasty too. Usually, teas smell really good but the flavoring is so-so unless you add stuff to it. These teas taste good without adding anything. The French Vanilla and Maca Chocolate taste almost as good as they smell, with the Hazelnut coming in a close third. As for the French Roast, it would be good as a base (think of it as a replacement for recipes you'd usually use coffee in), but by itself it's really bland. Some people have complained about the flimsiness of the teabags. Yes, they'll break if you aren't careful. If you're seeping, pull the bag out with a spoon. I use a Mueller (like a Keurig but better) and a reusable cup to make my tea, so the bag durability aren't an issue for me. Also, yes, this tea works great with k-cup coffee makers!

Fills my mental need for coffee
I am sensitive to caffeine but I love coffee, and that affinity has often resulted in splitting headaches or trouble sleeping at night in the past. Recently I decided to go completely caffeine-free to see how it affects me. The problem is, I've developed a mental dependency on coffee to make my mornings happier...but then I found this product. I've been drinking these four flavors of Teeccino for several weeks now, and I'm very pleased. No, it doesn't taste exactly like coffee. No one will be fooled in a blind taste test. However, it is surprisingly close for an herbal tea (especially with a dash of sugar and a splash of milk). The more I drink Teeccino in coffee's stead, the more it has begun to replace coffee's role in my mind. It is MY coffee, if not the world's coffee, and it does what I need it to do: gives me a hot, comforting, dark beverage to sip on in the mornings. I drink it in my Yeti cup to keep it hot for longer, because it's really not good at all when it's lukewarm. (I feel the same about coffee, though.) I've also found that I enjoy the dark roast varieties best (Maca Chocolaté and French Roast).

Good tasting and healthy
I can’t have caffeine or acid in my food for health reasons and don’t like decaf. My doctor recommended the Carob to me. I couldn’t find in my area where I live. It says a Super WalMart carries it but they didn’t. So I found it on Amazon. I got the variegated pack so I could try the flavors. Those are tea bags. I purely love the hazelnut and vanilla and like the other two I got. I put a teaspoon of pure honey in the plain one although many will like it plain. It is so good till I ordered some sent to a cousin in another state who can’t have caffeine or acid. She loves it and we both will be permanent customers. I took some packs to a medical person who works on me. She likes so will recommend to her customers. I am going to send some to the urologist who recommended to me as a thank you and so that he can try the different varieties. I ordered a bag as well so I could try in a small coffee pot instead of the tea bag. The tea bag is very easy to use though. I put a small kettle on the stove and it is ready almost immediately. Or I put a bag in the extra part I got to go with my Keurig. I read all about it before ordering. I eat a diet called Whole30 for health reasons. I can have all the ingredients in this product. I only eat fresh products or those with no preservatives. This works with both. Plus it tastes really good. I am pleased to find this. First I ordered the variegated pack . Next I ordered a box of all kinds. It is cheaper than than the brand of coffee I was using in my Keurig. And tastes like a great cup of coffee. Ten ⭐️ Stars.

Great tasty alternative to coffee but pricey. And the price just increased by 26% in 30 days!
This is the best alternative beverage to coffee that I have tasted. It's really nice to have the four flavors. For it to taste good, follow the instructions by adding only 8 oz of water per bag. Anything over 8 oz it will make it taste diluted. While I love the taste, it is quite pricey compared to other tea. When I bought this in early May 2020, it was $14.99. And in less than 30 days, the price is now $18.96. That's a whopping 26% price hike in 30 days. For a total of 40 tea bags (10 tea bags per flavor). That's almost $0.50 per bag, whereas other tea brand usually has about 20 tea bags per box, for about $4-5. So this is twice the price of a regular tea bag. But to note, they do have a lot of natural ingredients. While I love this tea, I think I will take a break from it and continue to explore others that will stretch my buck 2-3x farther.

Warning if you have IBS-D
First, I love teechino! 5 stars, and I’m sure it’s great for most people. But it doesn’t work with my IBS-D so it might not be a good choice if you have it like I do. I developed post infectious IBD-D after eating a bite of an undercooked hamburger at a cookout. The meat used for the burger was then recalled by the grocer because it was contaminated with e-coli. My Gastroenterologist confirmed the diagnosis after extensive testing and told me to avoid dairy. However, I found that I was sensitive to many foods including gluten, lactose, many fructans and especially coffee and caffeine, which triggered terrible flare-ups lasting 2-4 days. So, I switched to teechino. At first it seemed great. But as I learned manage my symptoms with diet, I noticed that I felt much better on days that I didn’t have teechino. The teechino did not trigger bouts of diarrhea, but it did make me have excessive upper intesitinal gas that led to uncomfortable belching about 15 minutes after ingestion and lasting for several hours. I honed my diet with the help of my dietician who had me follow the FODMAP elimination diet and slowly add new foods back in. When I tried to add teechino back to my diet, I noticed the upper intestinal bloating returned immediately. My dietician looked at the ingredients and said that the inulin was the likely culprit. I now am symptom free with diet alone, but unfortunately have not found a good alternative to coffee in the morning. But, it is better than being miserable all day!

We LOVE Teecino!
We really like this natural coffee substitute! I originally tried their dark roast and fell in love. Then I immediately went on Amazon to see if it was available here. Teecino doesn’t necessarily take the place of coffee, it def has its own flavor profile. But you really do get that coffee feel/deep roast flavor when drinking it. Personally, I would drink this whether I could have coffee or not! Decided to try this variety pack to get a feel for the other flavors (Hazelnut, Vanilla Nut, And Maca Chocolate). We like them all, but I think in the end we prefer the plain old French Roast (or Dark Roast) over the flavored ones. That’s just our preference. As much as I appreciate the ease of the bags, next time we will order the bag of loose ‘ground’ French or Dark Roast. That way if we want a larger mug full we can make our own bags at home w the desired amount etc. I def recommend allowing it to seep for the recommended time (3-5 min) as it allows the flavor to deepen. They also recommend dunking the bag a few times right after pouring the hot water over it. Don’t skip that step, it adds to the flavor! Also, add around 3-5 oz water, don’t add too much or it waters down the flavor imo. We add a little warm oatmilk to ours and it’s just heaven.

Wonderful replacement for coffee!
Love that I can get benefits of herbs from drinking a cup of hot beverage. I do not like coffee and find plant based hot coco to "heavy" (possibly due to the amount of sweetener I use) plus difficult to find a recipe I truly like. I have added a minuscule amount of monk fruit sweetener to the teas and also a little plant based milk. I like it with the milk but have also discovered I can drink it plain, no milk or sweetener. Takes a little getting used to, but it's good. I tried the sampler pack with vanilla nut, hazelnut, maca chocolate, & french roast. Did not like the French Roast ONLY because it tasted so much like coffee! (without the yukky taste though, it's probably a mental thing, now). A friend told me about the teas, she had only tried vanilla nut. I mailed her a bag of each of the other flavors to try, no report back yet. I also gave bags of vanilla nut and hazelnut to 3 other friends to sample. Two of them now buy vanilla nut at whole foods as a staple item for their home. Today I am ordering the dandelion blend sample pack. Only two bags of each flavor :( Don't think I'll be sharing these as samples!

Pretty decent for what it is ---a coffee substitute.
It's not coffee. Let's just get that out in the open right away. It doesn't taste like coffee and it doesn't have that silky/oily feel to it as coffee drinkers have come to know. However, that being said, it is a decent substitute if you are trying to ween off of coffee or trying to watch your caffeine intake. Each flavor is pretty good. My favorite flavor is the French Vanilla, as it gets as close to flavor and smell of coffee. Be mindful that it tastes the best when it it freshly brewed and then for then next 5-8 minutes. Any later than that and the flavor starts to "settle" and becomes very bitter to the taste. I drink it without milk or anything else and enjoy it with some honey in there. I also found that if you find it too bitter you can usually cut the taste with a little bit of honey.
