About me: I crash from coffee and tend to have acid reflux from drinking too much tea, and over the years have found Yerba Mate energy drinks to be my holy grail. I find the energy to be smooth on the way up and on the way down, and my stomach doesn't complain. To add an extra boost similar to Celsius energy drinks, I add one drop of liquid methyl-B12 per can. I drink about 1/3 of a can per day leading up to my workouts (I don't need a ton of caffeine). On a side note, the dosage on sublingual B12 drops is absolutely insane - one full syringe is recommended, and provides something like 80,000% of your daily required intake. One drop is enough per day - in fact, less than one drop is enough if you dilute it in an energy drink and keep it in the fridge for a few days.

I can't tell a difference in terms of it being effective for workouts, but it tastes good and it's decent hydration. I'm not sure if I'll purchase it again. Maybe.

I am writing this words with my humbly and wish good Food, Clean foods and good soda I like to drink ! I had to encourage myself to share with you to write this. if Healthy, if Natural, seem good, that was my intention I began purchase this company's products. but it seems Now its Changed. From good stuff to falling began. ?...and if its changed, I hope Change back to Good one ? There must be somebody who experienced the same reaction as I did after taking this SODA Clean. like a stomach ache, a bit nausiating... I hope my simple opinion can be supported. I hope the company stays and returns to their original recipe of good, CELAN, as the label says, healthy, and simple ingredient-based food as it used to be. It was the same CLEAN Soda. That time was " No Erythritol (sugar) in 2022 or 2021. But This Year, with the most Recent purchase, it seems something has changed. CHEAP FAKE SUGAR (There was a big Recent study on CNN too about this Erythritrol and it was pretty scary.) I have tried this Can 3–4 times. Different time... About 4 oz of this canned soda, every time, My tummy has immediately reacted to ache, got nauseated... Though it may have been my breakfast at first (this purchase) as I had eaten, then I tried a different day... 2oz, then 4th time, i really needed to wake up ;( All four times, I perfectly got stomach aches. Yikes! I get reactions like this when I consume fake junk ingredients like manmade synthetic sugar, chemical coffene, etc., and I had NO IDEA that this company had changed sugar. Last year was okay; why so sudden? All that seemed to change was the SUGAR from organic cane sugar, which I can take... NOT ERYTHRITROL!!! SAD... VERY SAD... Another company, Try to Run Only consideration of XXXney ! I am pretty healthy but sensitive to chemicals, etc. I believe I used to like this company's drink. I also purchased tea cans from this line. But I NO LONGER can Drink. Because the ingredients are cutting costs, they are using "ERYTHRITOL," a very cheap sugar that is not natural; it is synthetic. A recent study shows that the Side Effects of Erythritol is scarely... and seems Legal in this country and can hidden 5% etc... SAD, Its SAD, The Company used to make Really "Clean" Tea cans.. This stuff tastes amazing and even better it's fizzy, and naturally caffeinated. Too good to be true? For Yerba Mate tea in general? Yep... It was unfortunate that I learned Yerba Mate overall has pretty drastic negative long term effects like drinking 1–2 liters (4–8 cups aka ) of yerba mate per day for a long time can increase the risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, lungs, stomach, kidneys, bladder, and esophagus. Even more-so when hot. So drink at your own risk! I'll be on the hunt for more healthy teas that don't have such scary downsides.
