What I received is different from the photo and that's the only reason I dropped a star. What I received looks good and does the job perfectly. It's hard to say much more about a basic product. I needed a strong ceiling hook in white and that's what I got

These are nothing like the picture at all. I liked the simple industrial look of the pictured hooks but got these instead. For a house renovation so only opened today and have missed the return window! A very expensive mistake… Not a happy customer.
