Gerber Curve 6-in-1 EDC Keychain Multitool, Screwdriver, Bottle Opener,Gray

LIttle knives like this are great to have; one in each car, one in your briefcase, one each in drawers in the kitchen and your home-office desk, etc. This is a very nice one IMO. But the fact that it's a lock-blade puts it above other similar multi-whatsit knives in the class. A locking blade/tool is vastly safer than a non-locking one and that's a BIG feature in a little knife, IMO. The little lanyard clip isn't very good IMO; the blade is quite good--I used it regularly for a few weeks before I bothered resharpening it. It came very nicely sharp and kept its sharpness nicely during that time. Overall, just a GOOD little multitool knife thing, small, nice price good quality, and it's a lock-blade on top of that. Zero complaints!

The key (no pun intended) to my love of this is the size. I don't want a ton of clutter on my keys, but I like having the utility of a multi-tool close at hand. It's so small, I often forget it's there until I need it. I bought a second one (per my review's title) because I accidentally left it on my keys trying to enter a concert. Oops, confiscated. The Curve is smaller than the keyfob for my car and slides easily next to the fob and my house keys, resulting in not too much bulk. The carabiner-like hook makes it easy to get on and off my keychain, making it much easier to use than if it was more permanently attached. The knife is small, but effective for small tasks. The other tools exist and have saved me from chasing down real tools more than a few times. Though I like the curve, it's not perfect. The blade isn't the greatest I've had. It dulls quickly and never seemed that sharp to begin with. The caribiner attachment that makes it so easy to use is also pretty chintzy. I haven't lost one yet because of this, but it seems like they could have made it better. The tools are obviously not as good as you'd get in a bigger multi-tool, but that's the price of the form factor. The curve is exactly what I was looking for, but it might not be what you want. If you want a tool to keep in a bag, but something bigger/better. If you plan to use it constantly, buy something bigger/better. But if you want something that disappears in your pocket and will occasionally help you open a box or loosen a screw or open a beer, this may be the tool you're looking for too.

Very compact and cute. Very sturdy, handy, and useful. The clip broke almost immediately and then had to be carried in my husband's pocket which didn't last long because like many men he doesn't like having a bunch of stuff in his pockets. It now decorates my coffee table and hardly gets used. If they fix the clip I would highly recommend this product.

I gotta say, this thing is really well made. Fit and finish are outstanding, and the small screwdriver works great on my glasses, which i wasn't expecting, so that's kind of a bonus. The knife came sharp out of the package, and the carabiner spring clip thing? Well, not sure what to call it, but i saw in several reviews, that it had the tendency to pop off on its own, say from getting twisted by your keys, what have you. On mine, one end is twisted on one end, in such a manner that even if it popped off, it looks like it would just hang there, not fall off completely. Maybe they addressed the issue after those reviews were done, because it sure looks like it on mine. As i said, fit and finish are fantastic, the way the tools fit together, how they slide out, how the knife locks into place, It seems every element was carefully thought out, except for a couple of areas. One thing about the unusual shape and size that bothers me is I really wish I could carry it in my pocket, but it just doesn't sit flat, it's kind of like having a toy car in your pocket. Trying to take it out can be a chore, since it falls all the way to the very bottom of your pocket and can kind of tumble around when you are trying to dig it out. I haven't tried carrying it on a carabiner, but i think i will start. Not sure how convenient carrying it on a keychain will be when I need to use the bottle opener, to me that kind of seems like an oversight, having the spring clip on the opening to the bottle opener. Plus due to the small form factor, it takes a bit of doing to get it on and off a keychain, you have to twist and angle the multitool just so to slide it off and on. I guess only using it will tell. All in all though, I'm happy with my purchase.

It was very useful while I had it. I kept it on my keychain in my pocket and more than once it came off because of how easily the spring opens. Eventually one day it fell off somewhere and I lost it. Would give five stars if it had a more secure fastener.

Love this little pocket tool. Has a durable blade that is sharpened perfectly. Stays sharp it goes the distance! The other blades and strong and useful.

this little multi tool is so cool and tiny lol. but I think it'll be perfect to bring to work with me to open boxes and stuff. you can clip it to your keychain cuz it has a carabiner on it. the blade locks in place and has a release switch that works great. I can't believe how small it is but its pretty cool. I collect knives and multi tools so this is a great addition to my collection.

Way smaller than I thought but it’s not the size, it’s how you use it. My gf assures me that is true. But she may not have been listening as she tunes me out after a few drinks. Then she gets mad at me for not listening to her dumb stories about Trisha at work. I really don’t care to hear about another woman’s life unless we’re talking wardrobe malfunctions. The knife was good anyways. We’ll see if it holds up longer than my relationship.

Un super petit outil de qualité. Très pratique au fond de la poche avec le trousseau de clé, pour couper une ficelle, ouvrir un colis, resserrer une vis qui a du jeu, qu'elle soit à fente ou cruciforme.

Knife latch is hard to press down. Nice little tool but needs a better latch. Blade is sharp and seems to be made of good metal. Size is good for the little knife.

Blade is thick and blunt, even if you stab yourself with this it'll leave a dent in your skin, not a cut. Really difficult to pry open the tools too with the extremely tiny spring slider. You'll need 2 hands to get the blade out, one to press down and slide the catch, the other to pull the blade out and if you have big fingers, good luck. The slider is only a couple mm long. I got this over a year ago and it has been chucked to the back of some cardboard to god knows where, did not missed it one bit.
