THE KIDS LOVED THEM!
The balloons were perfect for my daughters party! The girls really enjoyed. I only gave 4 stars because the pink balloon wasn’t as bright as the other colors but overall they were a HIT!!!

Black light balloons-they don’t glow without it!
Bought them for a photoshoot idea, so far on the test run they glow very brightly. Disregard the other reviews that say they don’t glow in the dark. They are for use with a black light, no kidding they don’t glow in the dark without it 🙄. Anyway, super bright as seen in my pic. Just used a cheap blacklight from Walmart with it to get this effect.

Vibrant Colors!
These balloons are amazing under black light! Wish they were a little less expensive but I found most neon balloons to be a bit more pricey. Inflated easily and colors were extremely vibrant under black light!

Look great in black light but kind of pricey for the amount but I knew that when I bought them so all in all.... fun .
