Rino-Tuff Pivotrim Auto Winder Universal Trimmer Head

This is a replacement for the first Pivotrim bump feed head I bought, I put my line trimmer to very hard use (a lot of blackberry bush clearing and frequent trimming along sidewalks and other hard surfaces), it holds up well, and also has the advantage of making the line last longer by virtue of the pivoting line feed holes, much less occurrences of the line breaking off and having to stop and rewind it.

Doesn't seem to feed as easy as desired but it was easy to install and works

This is the 2nd one I bought only because I can’t grt the nut off the spool holder. The design is flawed. The plastic cap that covers the channel the string goes through pops off continuously. Awful. If you don’t notice it and lose it the channel wears out and you can’t load more string. Taking it to a repair shop to get it changed out. Don’t buy.

La tapa inferior se desprendio al poco tiempo de uso. La pude reparar y funciona muy bien ademas es muy facil de recargar el hilo.

The push button on the bottom of the device where is it out and falls off way too fast.

Gave this timmer head a try after my original one wore out on my shindaiwa trimmer. This is hands-down the worst trimmer head that I have ever used on any of my trimmers. After loading the line in the head the first time, it has not worked correctly since. No matter what I do, the line gets stuck & will not pass all of the way through. A total waste of $.

Better than my Craftsman one but that's not saying much. It might be better if I can get some better line maybe from Stihl. I wouldn't pay over $15 for it.
