McCormick Pure Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend Extract, 2 fl oz

My wife loves this pumpkin spice blend from McCormick. And I do t mind when she cooks with it cause yum!!!

I got this to make pumpkin spice frosting for my paleo donuts and people were blown away by the taste. So great for frosting flavor. I can't say for baking, as the flavor can be lost when you mix it in and bake it.. I used pumpkin spices and cinnamon, but for frosting it is perfect.

But I'm making anything pumpkin and it says to add vanilla 1 tsp. I do that but I also add 1 tsp of the pumpkin. I like to add it to the frosting if I'm making pumpkin cookies.

This definitely makes a very soothing cup of autumn-flavored coffee, but a couple of notes: as others have pointed out (and as I expected), this is just the spices that would be in pumpkin pie spice, and not any actual pumpkin flavor - and it is a very good mix; second, the dropper tip is a little unpredictable lol - I find that roughly 5 drops is the perfect amount, but more than that might escape, so just take care or you'll end up with a cup of autumn coffee potpourri lol. Flavor is very warm and smooth though, and this is way cheaper and takes up much less space than a sugar free syrup.

Does not taste like pumpkin.

I made some Pumpkin bread from scratch and threw a dash of this in it. Ohhhh yummy! I will definitely buy this again when needed. Expiration date is way ahead in time too.
