Love a gadget
I love a gadget, this is amazing. I bought it discounted, but easy to use, not noisy at all, water capacity is good. No attachments needed, quick and efficient, gets the smallest of stain up, value for money, so glad I bought it.

Excellent floor cleaning!
I am really impressed with the steam mop - I ordered it for using on my kitchen floor tiles as with dogs and children it never looked clean especially in the autumn and winter with muddy paw prints. It was really easy to set up And the instructions are easy to follow and understand. It came with a couple of pads but I have ordered extra so I have a constant supply. It is quite heavy especially when trying to manoeuvre into corners but should be fine for all people. The steam boost function is great for using in more stubborn stains or marks. I would recommend vacuuming before using as if you don’t - I found out - any crumbs or bits just get moved around rather than being trapped on the pad. I am really pleased with the results and it took no time at all to clean the floor and leave it sparking clean.

An on/off switch would be so much better.
I have only used this steam mop once so this is my initial summary. On the whole this is a good steam mop. The instructions are good and it is simple to put together. Not too heavy, seems quite well made, and is manoeuvrable. The one thing that really lets it down for me is that there is no on/off switch. If, say, you are using it with an extension lead and have to break off mopping for some reason, you have to get to the socket to turn it off. I know that's not a big deal but would have been so much better with an on/off switch. Also, it doesn't stand up. It has to be leant against something when not in use. But it cleans really well and, even on high steam, it doesn't leave the floor too wet.

Awesome!
Used this for the first time today. Despite being a regular exerciser, I have health problems which make getting down to the floor, and getting up again, challenging. This mop is amazing! I though my kitchen floor was clean until I bought this. Good quality. Light and easy to use. Cannot fault - highly recommend! Perfect for my needs (and knees).

10/10
I am generally a very clean and hygienic person, but I have a 3 year old with a talent of spillage in a league all of his own. We’re talking Olympic gold standard clumsiness. Mainly juices, so nice and sticky, and a living nightmare for me. I was using a well known brand speed mop to clean my vinyl floors and tiles, but it never really felt like a deep clean, so I invested in one of these nifty little steam mops. Boy, am I glad I did! I received it literally 30 minutes ago, set it up within 5 minutes and then I’ve gone round all my non carpet floors and I’m both amazed and horrified in equal measure. Amazed at how clean my floors look and how easy and quick it was, and horrified at the colour the once white fluffy pad turned by the end of my spree. There’s no smell, it feels lightweight yet sturdy to use and I like the pump action to give it some extra steam when needed. All in all a fabulous buy!

Absolutely love this!
First off, you need to know that I am not a manic house cleaner by any vague stretch of the imagination. I clean because I have to, and other than the kitchen and bathroom, I tend to leave the rest of the house until someone is coming round, or I can't stand looking at it any more! Having moved to an old farmhouse with half tiled and half wood floors, I was facing the prospect of lots of one of my least favourite chores: mopping floors. A friend mentioned they had a steam mop, which I'd never heard of, so I did some research and settled on this one. It appealed on 2 levels: 1. It looked quick and easy, and 2. It doesn't need chemicals. From a health perspective I've been a big fan of using natural products as much as possible for a while, and now that we have a septic tank, it's imperative not to use harsh chemicals. I picked this based on the reviews, and I have not been disappointed. It is really easy to use, cleans floors like a dream (goodbye muddy footprints!), is much easier on my back than mopping, and cleans and dries really quickly. Can't really ask for much more. My only complaint is that it's turned me into a bit of an evangelical fan of its floor cleaning prowess, which is a little on the sad side! We use it mostly on the tile floors in the living areas, as they get grubbiest, but it also works a dream on the wooden floors in the bedrooms, though we use it on the lowest setting and move fairly quickly for them. The cable's a good length, so I can clean a whole room without having to move the plug. The reservoir is big enough for me to clean our decent sized kitchen/diner and sitting room before it runs out. Happily we are in a much softer water area than our previous house, so we use water that's leftover in the kettle - just top up the little filling jug once it's cooled down. Seems to be working fine so far, and saves faffing around with distilled water. My final little rave is the good design for storage. The cable actually wraps around exactly where it is supposed to be (unlike most vacuum cleaners), and it hangs from a hook for easy, out of the way storage. There's even a little place to clip the filler jug on, but that tends to live near the kettle in our house for easy filling as above. The filler jug is also the correct size to fill the water reservoir to the full mark from empty. Lots of little well thought out design points. So, to summarise, I am happy as larry with this steam mop - seems like excellent value for something that makes a job I hated so much easier. Highly recommended.

This was a replacement for a B&D steam mop- which I was happy with until it died 2 years into our relationship and, of course, just as I had purchased a bunch of replacement scrubber pads. This mop is different as it heats the water but steam is created by your own back and forth motion which forms the pressure to provide the steam. I know it sounds suspect on many levels but I can say it works and I do think this basic design should outlast the B&D mop. On the plus side the power cord is a reasonable length so no more extension cords and the B&D scrub pads fit almost seamlessly so no loss there- in fact I prefer them to the scrub pads that came with this mop. Lastly, I really like that this mop stands perfectly vertical when not in use and the cord winds up neatly on the handle. This makes it much nicer to store, no flopping around in a corner with a dangling power cord.
