Best food.
Great food quality for my 5 year old chihuahua. I’ve got a fright a few months ago when he was admitted with pancreatitis and on and off loose stools and tummy issues. Since he’s been on this food, touch wood no flare ups or even issues with his stool. It’s pricey yes but worth it for your doggie. X

"Wet" dog food is "Solid"
This dog food is not "wet" as it is described. Our last two orders have both been solid. I contacted Hills after the first consignment and they declared that they have no control over third party sales. Their normal product is as described ie. "wet". They cannot determine the conditions which third party companies keep the products in but it does not seem favourable otherwise the contents would not be solid. They declare that the nutritional value is not affected it's just that it's difficult to get out of the tin and not so appetising for the dogs.

Food arrived SPOILED and LATE
Absolute disgrace, my dog has just been released from hospital and is not allowed to eat anything outside of this prescription diet. I purchased this for quick delivery and ended up waiting 4 days with the delivery being late. When my dog isn’t allowed anything else to eat this timeline was critical. Upon late arrival and opening the tin, all the rice had turned yellow due to improper storage and had now spoiled. If I hadn’t caught this, it would case a bacterial infection to an already sick dog. The whole experience has been an absolute disgrace while my little one has suffered from waiting so long and now has spoiled food that he can’t eat either !!!
