Hair damage!
I bought this product at the mall and it was great at first. But we only had the straightener for two-three years and it burned off my daughter’s hair. Do not buy this product! They are a big scam and they should be ashamed of themselves!

At the mall they will show you the amazon price and reviews to get you hooked in. It’s a scam. It doesn’t work well at all. Don’t buy this!!!!

Garbage
This iron is hot garbage. Trying to straighten and it pulls hair. Cull it and the curls fall flat in 2-3 hours. Worst hair purchase I have ever made. No refunds from the company either. Look at something else, anything else.

Don’t get the hate
I’m not sure if I got one of the magical ones or something, but I actually love this straightener despite the negative reviews. I got it at a Kiosk, the cheapest one which was the Peacock for $135. I have thick and long hair and I felt like it straightened my hair so well, and my hair felt soft for days after. After having it for 4 years, one of the ceramic plates broke because I dropped it. I don’t think it’s worth the $300 price tag, so I repurchased a different one used, that’s how much I loved it. I never had any issues with it
