The flavor is very bitter and at first I would use honey or agave to try to cover the taste. It didn’t work. But after 3-4 days I noticed that I was getting so much better sleep. Like I would lay down and then all I remember is waking up. It’s great. After a week I am feeling so much more better than before I started. I do notice that I have to stop eating 2 hours before bed time, I’m an emotional eater, or the first thing I have to do is a BM and I don’t sleep as well. Also, after a week I noticed that the taste is not the bad. It’s still a shock and I joke that this is what poison must taste like but I would drink this every day. And that is something I do. So for anyone who starts: the taste is very bitter (we’re all adults, you’ll be ok), the sleep is so good, and don’t eat right before bed.

I was a bit skeptical baes on some review about being "sooo bitter." The truth is, it's not bad at all. Bitter yes, but not overpowering. I love it.

I have been drinking neem leaves dried at home every now and then. I ran out of it and with the pandemic was unable to get some from home. Luckily this tastes similar to what I make at home. Feels really good too. I have seen comments from some people mentioning its bitter, well obviously it’s the most bitter thing you can find. Eat a fresh leaf and you will puke. I used to have trees at home. This is still so much better since it’s dried, and this taste is normal. And it gets bitter if you leave it in the water for long just like tea. I love this.
