Q: I walk a lot for my job. Consistently on my moving and walking pushing and pulling heavy trolleys. How comfortable and durable are they?

I discovered Soul Naturalizer's last year. I have a lot of arthritis in both my feet. These were, & are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn---(& I'm an independent, active 76 y/o). There's so much wonderful cushioning for your feet, while having excellent arch support also. In short, these are the best shoes my feet have ever had the pleasure of wearing. And they're very durable! I've been wearing my 1sr pair for the past year. I go up 1/2 size because my "tender toes" like lots of room. But, after wearing them wi/o socks all late spring, summer & early fall, I also wore them throughout the entire winter wearing socks. (Another plus for me for the extra 1/2 size). In my opinion, your feet will be very happy in "Soul Naturalizers". I now have purchased 2 more pair with this insole, The "Tia", from Amazon, in different colors. And, most recently, I even bought another pair of the exact same ones, the "Turner" in the brown camp, that I started with last year. They're really my favorite--& I can unzip the zipper for a little more room with socks, when it's cold. I get compliments on that pair, all of the time. And they're my very favorites, too. You will love this insole that is not on any other Naturalizer shoe--only the "Soul" Naturalizers. I hope all of this info helps you.

Q: do they have a narrow heel?

Not that I noticed. They were slightly snug around the toes at first, but after just a few times wearing them, they stretched out and are so comfortable.

Q: Do these run true to size and is the mushroom color gray or brownish gray ? Also if do not fit are they returnable?

They run small. I have to return mine.
