Q: are these fine or course thread

As the description states: "[INCLUDES]: Sizes - 30 straight 1/4-28, 20 straight 1/8" pipe grease, 15 45-degree, 1/4-28 and 15 90-degree 1/4-28 for angled grease guns and more. " The standard 1/4 inch thread is 1/4-20 so the 28 thread would be considered 'fine'. As far as the three selections of 1/8 inch pipe thread? That would be the standard NPT (National Pipe Thread) which really doesn't have a 'fine' designation but is a 27 pitch fitting by definition.

Q: What is the difference between a regular grease fitting and a hydraulic grease fitting?

These are just typical grease zerks/fittings. The term Hydraulic must have been included to emphasize under pressure.

Q: I order these because they were listed as stainless steel and they are zinc coated steel. I would like them replaced with the stainless steel ones?

No. The ones I bought were regular grease fittings with the standard little ball valve. If you got some with no hole it’s a major fluke.
