Inaccurate description. These are by No means Safe! I make baby items, and the backings don’t stay on to the eyes at all. In fact a baby could easily take them off and choke. Extremely disappointed, but it’s hard to tell about something unless it’s in your own hand.

The eyes, especially the colored ones, are very pretty to look at. However I am very disappointed in the quality. The product arrived with two of the eyes broken and when I tried to use them for a project 2 more broke while I was putting the backs on them. I was so excited for these, but I’m very nervous about using them for children’s toys if they break so easily.

Disappointed in the eyes and noses.. . They all come in a nice little display box and the caps of all different sizes come thrown together in a bag. The ones I buy from Hobby Lobby one cap fits all sizes... also I bought these for the different colored eyes.. and all the ones with color are the littlest eyes in the kit. Can’t use them at all. Back to Hobby Lobby for me.

I counted all the pieces and it was +/- 1 or 2 of the backers but the other pieces were accurate according to the description. I gave this product 3 stars because even though these are “safety eyes,” the backers aren’t as secure as I would like them to be. With a little amount of force, the backer will come off from the item and it’s difficult to placed the backer back on once I finish making my stuff animals. The quality of the items are decent. Some still have excess material from when it was removed from the mold, a few pieces were scratched and it broken. Overall, not a bad product for the value. I would recommend the product if you are looking for a cheap alternative and making your crafts for teens or adult rather than children under 5.

So in general the product is good except the large size eyes will not work with the safety washers. I can get the backs on the 6mm and 8mm eyes securely but the 12mm & 14mm items no amount of force I was able to exert would get them to go onto the safety eyes. I haven't tried the noses yet but essentially it renders the larger diameter eyes useless for my purposes.

I’m giving 4 stars because as far as safety eyes and safety noses go these work just fine. My only complaint is they arrived in a completely busted and crushed plastic case, they were all mixed together. I will now have to purchase another case and take the time to do the tedious task of sorting them all out. I managed to find two of the same size eyes and attached them to a crochet teddy bear I’m making and they were easy to use and seem very secure.

These are absolutely perfect! There is a range of sizes from 6mm to 14 mm for the eyes with the 10mm, most often used size, in 5 different colors. The noses are a good range of those one might need for stuffed animals. I plan to make some stuffed animals for my granddaughter and can't imagine ever running out with the generous number of eyes and noses included but should I ever need more, these are the ones I would order. The case they come in makes spillage unlikely. If you are in the market for safety eyes and noses, these are the ones to buy! They also were delivered VERY quickly, within just a few days of being ordered. I am very pleased! I was so pleased with my purchase that I looked to see what else this vendor sells. They have a wide range of crafting tools, which I will be purchasing from them when the time comes.

I am a newbie in this hobby and this is my first time buying anything like this, so I dont know how normal this quality is for the price.Let's start with the good: I like that it came in this container, so that made storage a lot easier for me.The bad: 1. I probably have more noses than pairs of eyes. The whole bottom row are noses, they are so filled up the container is difficult to close. 2. The material feels very flimsy like cheap plastic, I worry about it not holding up when it gets washed. (Maybe handwashing or spot cleaning would be best?? I worry about it because I have a little one and their toys really gets messy.) 3. A lot of the pieces are kind of messed up. (*see picture) Maybe I can trim or cut it, or maybe file it to make it nicer. Sounds like work so these ones wont get used, most probably. 4. The whole thing is smaller than I imagined, but that's my bad for imagining it bigger. 5. The coloured eyes are scratched up, damaged or missing some bits too, they didnt seem to be broken in the mail because the missing pieces are not with themThe noses are mix of good and bad I guess?There's a variety of noses and quite a lot of them. Theres 3 different styles and the most generic one have 3 different colours. Theres more noses than pair of eyes I think? Idk what to do with this much lol. Maybe I will put it on random things around the house. Along with some googly eyes. Lol. Kidding aside, their sizes are all kind of the same so they would look weird and too small if used along with the 2 biggest eye size.

Really disappointed in these. They look great but the washers dont fit and can easily be pulled out. I've bought different ones that were quality, no chance of them coming out. But these are terrible. Stuck with a load of unusable eyes now purely because of the cheap washers. I'm gutted as I'm making Christmas crochet presents and now have to order from somewhere else..I'm put in a complaint for money back and update what happens...

Really, really disappointed not what I was expecting. Very cheap looking and definitely not to be used for safety reasons for a soft toy for a baby. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your money

They don’t stay attached easily pulled out of toys head had to melt the back and glue place to make sure stay in place

I bought this mainly for my daughter but I will use as well. Excellent when your making toys. The realistic eyes and noses make your creation come alive.I was impressed when they arrived. There is a large variety of eyes in different sizes and colours. Then they are also plain black eyes again various sizes. There are some noses as well mainly black but some pink . Different shapes and sizes. Lots of choice when creating something special. Perfect for us , just what we needed.
