Packaging was well laid out and all the parts. There was hardware for every type of scenario. A template was included for the wall mount with a little humor included in the instructions. The box was also 100% Gluten Free!

I want to start by saying that I have not yet installed this because I have been busy with family and work since I received it, plus I need to borrow a stud finder and i need my girlfriend to give me a hand hanging the TV at the end anyway so it’s taking a little longer than I would’ve liked. But these brackets all do the same thing and I really do like the design of how the mount gets adjusted, that along with the price and the clever packaging and instruction manual are what I am basing this review on. I finally opened the box yesterday and read through the instructions. The first thing that you will notice when opening the box is a comic book on the inside of the box with neat little jokes about reading the instructions (which I always do but never have I read an installation manual from cover to cover before ever picking up the drill. The kit comes with a very nice template that you tape to your wall once you find the studs it’s all very simple to understand how to do but the instructions are engaging and make you want to read the parts that are not even necessary for your method of installation because every page has at least a joke on it and extremely easy to understand instructions on how to do something without being condescending. Whoever designed this product had DIY’ers in the forefront of their mind. I also like the way the product gets adjusted by string and turning rods. It is definitely a clever design and at the price point it sits at its gotta be best in class by a mile! Well done EchoGear! 5stars!!!

Great product and easy to install and came with all the hardware needed. The only issue i had with it was it could've been couple more inches wider to accommodate the placement of my wall studs. My anchors ended up being as far as possible to the outsides and i had to move it over off center but the tv does slide side to side on the mount so it worked out all the same. Great product overall, I'd buy again for sure.

The mount is great. Solid, adjustable, and hung my 65" TV well. My only complaint is they don't include enough hardware options. My new Samsung TV (DU6900D) uses the M8 bolts to put the rails on, however, while the screw holes are flush on the TV, the actual threads are recessed in about 10mm so no combination of the provided screws and spacers would get them on correctly.The M8 bolts provided are 16mm and then jump up to 36mm, with no in between. This created an annoying situation which caused me to waste close to an hour trying all the combinations before I realized I just needed to get different sized bolts. By this time it was 10pm and the hardware store was closed so we had to pack everything up again and move the new TV into another room so our pets wouldn't mess with it overnight. The next day I was able to go buy 25mm & 30mm M8 bolts which worked perfectly for the top and bottom holes with the provided spacers.Other than that issue this is a great mount, and I am very happy with it now that my TV is on the wall. 4 stars though because they should really have provided more hardware options and the set up was a real headache for us, especially for a common brand of TV like Samsung. This issue could be resolved by providing some more bolt sizes or more of the smaller two sizes of spacers.

The directions where straight forward easy to understand, the box and directions made laugh smile, thier sense of humor having fun with a utilitarian item we need for.example.my 85 inch tv. All parts clearly marked ,Im 100% sure a.Pegacorn didn't lose their wings. ALMOST but they didn't. Lol

Excellent quality, easy assembly. I have 3 different mounts from this company. Anywhere from a dimple tilt mount to a full moving mount on a 86 in TV that is 100lbs. They are sturdy and come with all the needed hardware.
