This is a very good product, very well made and high quality for the price. You can get a full body workout anywhere there is a door. You can use the anchor in many different positions for various exercises. This is not going to replace an entire gym and turn you into Mr. Universe, and if you are already pretty well built you will probably have to use almost all the bands at once for most exercises, but it works just fine when doing so.Overall you are not going to find a better option at such a low price for getting a good at home workout with limited space. I combine this set with a generic version of the TRX System (suspension training) and have built a lot of muscle while losing around 20 pounds in just 3+ months for under $60 total. Can't beat that. You can get yourself in shape with products like this at a very low cost if you change your diet and commit to the workout. Highly recommended.

After excessive 10 days working out with these resistance bands I can only say positive things about it. I was very rough with it and was even using the bands over sharp corners and don't see any usage or even damage on it.The resistance bands make a very durable and good impression. The quality about it shouldn't be a concern. Everything is well made and should really something unexpected happen to it, you have a lifetime warranty on the product.It's just a little detail but I like that you have a few exercises on the back of the bag which comes with the bands. It gives you a good start especially for people who never worked with resistance bands before and you can start right away.Overall a very good product and an easy to use system. Changing the bands is easy and the handles give you a very good and soft grip.I'm very satisfied with the product and I will have fun with it for a while.You can't really make anything wrong with buying this set.

I’ve been using these for about a mth. I purchased this set along with a resistance bar with a band already attached from a different manufacturer. The band/bar snapped in the middle of the workout. Talk about messed up! That said, I am able to stretch these to the limit (well my limit anyway. LOL!) with no issues. I had been pretty cautious once the bar band snapped. However, after awhile, my concerns were elevated from the quality of the bands.The band kit comes with everything needed to perform almost every gym/machine weight you’ll need in order to get into shape. It has both the handles, the stirrups for the feet, the little sturdy knot for the door, in order to perform upper body and seated exercises, and nylon carrying bag. The PADDED handles are very comfortable. The clips on the accessories seem very strong and secure. They are very easy to connect, but stay securely locked. Here’s a cool factor about the connectors, they are made to either connect to the handles or to themselves. This makes them more versatile. Want to follow along a program that uses resistance bands instead of resistance ropes, then just connect the lines end-to-end. Wha-La, Instant resistance bands! (Side note: when using as a resistance band, always ensure to place the connected portion in a position with the least amount of resistance, pressure or stretching is place on the connectors) Another thing I liked was that the kit didn’t have that heavy resistance band/latex smell. I’m sure most of you know the smell to which I refer.Okay, here are my cons:1. The bands aren’t labeled, in order for the user to know the equivalent weight resistance2. The kit didn’t come with an exercise book and/or explanation book of how to use the bands. Yes, I know it’s a quick YouTube or Google search. Still, I believe most kits provide at list a link to an ebookI would’ve given this item 4.5 stars, but of course, Amazon doesn’t do 1/2. That said, I would highly recommend these bands for the price, quality & bang for the buck.

Purchased this kit for travel, hoping to use the tubing as a substitute for dumbbells and still get a good workout (mission accomplished!) While using the tubing, I discovered that the two handles were of different lengths--the cloth material was longer on one. I emailed King Athletic about the issue, with photos showing the discrepancy. They promptly and cheerfully sent an entirely new kit, which I had not asked for, but considered an "above and beyond" response to the quality-control issue. Unfortunately, the replacement kit's handles were similarly uneven, but between the two kits, I managed to find two handles that were close enough in length that it didn't matter. I'd give 3 stars for quality control issues, but 10 stars for King Athletic's customer service! And the tubing itself seems sturdy and high quality for the price. If King Athletic can get a "handle" on the handle issue, this tubing kit should sell like hotcakes!

Great variety of band weights. Bought them to use with home work-out program and they are too short for me to get a good use out of them. I'm 5'7'' so maybe that's why they feel short? The packaging came with door use instructions so if this is the type of workout you like they are perfect. My husband enjoys. For use away from the door and with hand use is why I rated 3 star.

I purchased these as a replacement set as my existing ones were starting to show signs of wear and tear. The first thing that struck me is the quality of the bands. Next is the fact that they have the weight resistance listed right on them is great all in itself for someone that is color blind like myself. The price is great compared to some of the other sets on here, and in my opinion better quality than some of the others. I can easily see myself buying these again when it's time for my next replacement/upgrade. I will be checking into some of the other products made by this company as the price and quality is a great combo for those on a budget.

Ich bin langjähriger Kraftsportler und war auf der Suche nach einer Alternative wenn mal kein Gym in der Nähe ist. Da ich viel geschäftlich unterwegs bin kann das schon mal passieren. Also probierte ich letzten Sommer diese Bänder aus. Und was soll ich sagen ich war Begeistert. Massive Griffe, Kräftige Karabiner und simple aber geniale Türhalterung. Man kann ein komplettes Oberkörperworkout durchziehen und der Widerstand bringt auch fortgeschrittene Eisenfresser ins Schwitzen. Besonders interessant fand ich die Erfahrung das Training mit dem Gummiband weil mit zunehmender Dehnung der Widerstand steigt. Fühlt sich völlig anders an als eine Hantel. Mein Körper hat es mit einem kapitalen Muskelkater belohnt. Mein erstes Set habe ich einem Freund geschenkt das zweite bleibt bei mir. Sport frei ihr Lieben.

Received these a couple of days ago. Packaging was neat and tidy, all of the equipment comes in a bag ( so it's easy to take away with you etc ), also the bag has different excerises to do, if your a beginner like me and have no idea what to do lol, everything fits in the bag perfectly. The only down side was that the door stop was a bit dented, but it still does it's job. Had a bit of a moment trying to figure out what goes where, but got the hang of it soon enough. Easy to use once you know what's what. Would highly recommended to friends.
