Measured through infrared and direct measurement found that -film deformation began at 673 degrees and at 769 degrees, while the film appeared to burn, it appears that it isthe adhesive that carbonized as the film itself exhibited no perforations after being heated to nearly 800degrees. YMMV, but these are the temps I observed when testing heat resistance- Physical dimensions and thickness is similar if not more robust than Kapton film.- Comes on a rigid plastic spool identical to genuine Kapton, not cheap cardboard or similar cheap material making them tough enough to toss into a electronics tool bag without concernCons:The only complaint I would bring up is the relatively weak strength of the adhesive compared to brand name Kapton film and several similar products.
