Great tasting side dish - peanutty with a kick!
It is a GREAT tasting side dish, peanutty with a kick! And so easy to prepare. I first found this at another store, but cold not find it when wanting to purchase more. Glad I found it on Amazon.

I just tried this, and loved it. I wanted a main dish, so while one grain pack was cooking, I fried a block of chopped, firm tofu in a little coconut oil with a little mild ground chili powder. I added it to the cooked grain mixture with sauce made as directed for one pack. Yum! I got this cheaper at Sam's Club but don't remember the price.
