No customer service; poor cloud function
These are nice cameras. They work if you want to log into the app to see what is going on where your cameras are. You can record onto MicrroSD cards. After that, forget about it. The company has no real customer service. If you contact support, you may get an answer if at all and that takes 7-10 days. The responses are in choppy English, and do not seem to address the question with a specific answer. The Cloud plans are like this: fill in your credit card, and go to the next screen. Most would think there would be plan options but no, your card is immediately charged. I found the cloud does not work in that I could not get any upload to it so nor could I view or play anything because nothing was there. Forget about a refund. You only get offered a discount. Based on poor to non-existent customer service, and dubious business practices from my point of view, you don't need this product. Go Nest instead which allows any Nest to real-time load up to the cloud, and all your Nest products can be on one plan.

Good price, very good when they work.
Second time buyer, was very impressive at setup but over time they start to get glitchy. Decided to buy another set since price was good and got several years out of first set. This set was 50/50. One camera worked perfectly, the second camera is out of focus with no ability to correct it. Wrote to customer service about repair or replacement, received immediate automated response promising to get back to me, no response yet after several days. App is also getting glitchy logging you out and disconnecting from the cameras. Curious if it is an attempt to get you to sign up for their cloud service. I’m suspecting memory cards may be glitchy, I know they are a consumable but I would expect them to have more life left to them.
