This will work with any brand standard utility blade...

Do you think this would be safe to scrape adhesives off a dry erase board?

It is a razor blade; so, you'd risk scratching the surface. I've found WD-40 is wonderful for removing adhesives. I also had success using peanut butter on duct tape residue left on fine wood furniture (you have to be patient and wait a day or two). I have not tried either of those on dry erase boards, though. Let us know what worked!
