I was pleased to see that this is an OEM part. Very easy to install, and it works perfectly with my N80SB-1.

The product worked perfectly after overcoming the wrong misleading instructions. I can see why people said it didn't fit their gun. I do not have the instructions or my gun at my didposal so I cannot elaborate ln this review. But I vaguely remember the wrong pins to be removed being called out. That is the onlh reason I gave it a 4. It definitely works correcly every nail.

OK price, easy to install, not a real sequential trip.This was installed in our Bostitch 438S2 wide crown stapler in about a minute. Easy.The result was the gun fires in "single sequential trip" mode according to [...]Which means you can fire a staple every time the trigger is pulled, as long as the safety contact in depressed. I was expecting this to be a full sequential trigger that requires a cycling of the safety tip to fire another fastener.Not a quality problem, but it could be clearly stated in the description.

If I depressed the trip then pulled the trigger, it fired twice. If I pulled and held the trigger then depressed the trip, it fired only one. For the latter, I had to aim the trip exactly where I wanted the staple to be prior to depress it or I did not have a second chance. I managed to make it worked sequentially. However, I would give it 5 stars if I could first depress the trip at a placement, adjust the placement as wish until I decide to pull the trigger.

Did what it was supposed to do. Very happy with the results.

The SEQ6 trigger replaces the SEQ5 sequential trip trigger that came with my N80SB nailer, so I guessed it might be better than the original. Bostitch states clearly in their documentation that a sequential trip trigger is GRAY. The "SEQ6" trigger I got is BLACK, which Bostitch says would be a contact trip trigger. I've installed it because I needed to get my nailer back up and running, and the performance is clearly contract trip. That imposes a safety risk for me, so I will temporarily use extreme care and will now order an SEQ5 original trigger.I would not buy this product if you need sequential trip.

Did the job. I got the gun second hand and rebuilt the seals on it. I'm not a contractor, so I would rather have the safer sequential trigger rather than the trip trigger.
