SA Cream for Rough & Bumpy Skin

In my 50’s with psoriasis, my face & body are always craving moisture. My dermatologist had given me a few samples of this product and it’s a complete game changer. No funky odor, no residue. Soaks into my skin and the next morning my skin still feels soft & supple. It is extremely thick so I skim my fingertips over the top and apply a small layer until my entire face, neck, chest is moisturized. I like the fact that I could easily put makeup on after using this and it doesn’t make my makeup pill. I’ve seen other people complain it’s too heavy for the face, I think they might be gobbing it on, a little goes a long way. I also use it on the rest of my body after my shower. I bought the large size container and think it’s an excellent price point considering how much product you get. Please do not discontinue or change the formula! Great product, thank you

I might come back and add pictures later, but please take my word for now. I researched and researched for months on what I could get my 12 year old for his KP, and he has it BAD (or HAD it bad). I didn't want to do lactic acid because I was worried about hyperpigmentation and he has brown skin, so I decided to try Salicylic Acid (SA) instead. I'm so glad I did! His KP didn't bother him until this year, and instead of year-round shorts and short-sleeve shirts, he started covering himself with clothes. He eventually expressed to me that his KP was bothering him socially. So thus my research journey ensued. I can't explain to you enough how this has changed his life! With KP, your hair follicles are blocked with dead skin cells and your skin can not turn over, or renew, on it's own like skin naturally does about once a month. I had him put this on his legs, arms, and bum, and within a week (LITERALLY WITHIN A WEEK!) his bumps had turned into soft skin. The big surprise was when he came to me all excited and said, "mom, i have hair growing on my legs!" That was within a couple weeks of using this on a daily basis! So, this obviously worked and unblocked his hair follicles and softened his KP skin. He will have to continue using it or the lotion for the unforseen future, but it is worth it. Happy mom, happy kid. He thinks there is a scent (another reason I avoided lactic acid with Urea), he would know; I do not, but my nose is not as effective as his. OH - and BENEFIT, I decided to try it on my legs as I have some crepey skin creeping up in my old"er" age and, my goodness, I saw a difference the next day!! This stuff is GREAT, I wish it was just a little less expensive, I've started to shop around.

This lotion is awesome for the body. It is very think and creamy and very moisturizing. I did use it on my face a few nights and ended up getting a big under the skin zit so use with caution on the face. I have normal skin with some T zone oiliness. When I get zits, they do tend to be on the chin so I might use everywhere but there. Happy with the product.

I use this all the time. I live in an arid climate and my dermatologist said to use it as my hands & feet just dry out. It's really great for getting the hydration my skin is craving (specifically the salicylic acid). It says it's odorless but there is a light chemically soapy scent but it's not a slap you in the face scent and disappears as it dries. It's just a cool, white cream that you rub on. It takes a few minutes to dry but your hands feel smooth & hydrated afterwards. A little bit goes a long way so it will last a while.

*DO NOT BUY FROM FINISTERRE MARKETS* I love cerave products, i use them all - including the original lotion, retinol serum, face wash, facial sunscreen. This particular lotion is getting more and more expensive though so I’m constantly looking for any sort of deal I can find. I purchased the rough and bump lotion twice from the same seller, the last time I purchased was beginning of July. The seller sent me the wrong size, smaller than what I purchased, and when I contacted them about the mix up they finally replied a week later with a resolve. They said they would refund me half of my money for the smaller container and send me the bigger container for half price. Cool, I said that’s a deal. They somehow cleared the entire issue on Amazon and I never got my refund and never got my bigger container for half price. That was weeks ago now. The lotion is amazing for my Excema and makes my skin so soft and there’s no heavy scent. I have the little bumps on my arms and pretty dry skin even in the summer. This lotion helps and is comfortable to wear. Customer service sucks, I do not recommend buying from Finisterre Markets.

Nothing better for my cracked soles. I swear by it.

CeraVe is the best product for my skin!

Works wonders on my KP bumpy skin! No other lotion moisturizers as deeply as this one does. One jar lasts a long time too! No issues with my sensitive skin either (which is usually not the case since I'm allergic to most stuff). Fragrance is either very light or non-existent, which I like.

I have KP on both my upper arms and on my under forearms to my elbow. This has smoothed both sides. I am shocked at how quickly it made a difference. A week in and everything is almost 100% smooth. No scent and it moisturizes so well. The big container is big enough to last me a long long time. I will be buying this over and over. Worth every penny.

I’ve KP on my arms and legs . I love this product and have seen a lot of difference since I started using. The skin is hydrated and so well moisturised all day long. It’s a little thicker cream and might give sticky feeling during summer but I still won’t skip it. The BEST.

The best moisturizer I've ever used. Well worth the money. Highly recommend!
