Good for High Blood Pressure (I'm no expert)
I'm have high blood pressure and have been taking prescribed medication for some time now and was advised by a personal trainer that beetroot was good for helping with it. The problem was, I hate beetroot. So I purchased these. After taking 2-a-day, morning and evening with food, for a month, I believe that they have made a difference. I take my blood pressure twice/day, every day, so I can clearly see this. Price and quality are good.

I had a bit of a high blood pressure and have been taking these regularly for a month along with some dietary changes and my blood pressure readings have reduced. Would recommend.

Underwhelmed
Was disappointed to see that the capsules were less than half filled. What is the point of having to swallow fairly large capsules if they are only half full. Haven't seen any improvement in my blood pressure so for those two reasons I personally won't be buying them again. I have given three stars because the product is just that OK, not good or great, just OK.

Recommend anyone to try
I bought these for my husband because he's not over keen on eating beetroot and disliked drinking the juice. He had borderline high blood pressure. After about six weeks of one a day his BP was normal. I keep mine in check by eating beetroot and as an added security I also take one tablet a day. My BP has gone down roughly ten points on top number since I've been doing this

Lowers blood pressure!!
The doctors wanted to put me on blood pressure medication, but it makes me either depressed or hoarse. Taking one of these pills per day has lowered my blood pressure enough to NOT need medication. Yay!

I have now used 1 bottle full, and they have not helped with my high blood pressure at all
I definitely do not recommend that anyone give up their prescribed blood pressure tablets, but it is what I decided to do, at least temporarily, as they give me all kinds of bad side effects, including severe depression. I did cut down gradually, over 1 month. I also started taking these beetroot capsules 1 month ago, and today, I'm afraid I'm bitterly disappointed, as my blood pressure is very high again. The beetroot capsules appear to have done absolutely nothing! I am gutted!I have given them 2 stars, as they appear to have done no harm, they do look fresh, and they are well priced.I will be giving beetroot capsules one more chance, by using a different make, then I will have to think again. I may very well end up having to go back on my Amlodipine tablets, even though they don't reduce it by that much.

Love this product only take one tablet but really does work along with a balanced diet.
