Looks and works great!
Looks very well craft made. Holds water bottle securely and is easy to insert and remove bottle.

Beautiful and elegant bottle cage for a fashionable bike
Beautiful bottle cage that looks and functions great. The structure allows the cage to hold bottles of varying shapes (even my Vapur Eclipses, which are very flexible in construction), and pulling a bottle out while riding is no trouble. Installation, like all bottle cages I've ever used, is very simple. One note: I purchased the same exact bottle cage from my local bike shop a few months earlier (this was my second, for longer trips), and this one's definitely a little tighter, which makes it a little more difficult to fit full water bottles in. I don't know which one deviates from the product line's norm, but a little inconsistency does certainly exist.

My favorite bottle cage!
I purchased this for my Wabi Classic single speed road bike. I wanted something that looked a little more classic/vintage to match the look of my bike. But, I also wanted something light and functional. This bottle cage is perfect! It looks great. It's very light. And, it is more functional than any of my bottle cages on my other three bikes. It holds bottles tight with no rattling. But, it also allows you to pull the bottle out with ease. I truly love this bottle cage. If you're looking for something class/vintage for your custom build, look no further. This is it!

The best!
I bought these cages subtly branded "Trek" on the mounting plate approximately 2007 in a Trek store and am very happy that they're still available. They are the best-looking, lightest, toughest, simplest cages ever made, in my humble opinion. They weigh 40 grams each according to my scale. I bought this pair for my wife's bike.

Well made, worth the price.
Holds my Contigo mug firmly and elegantly, looks great, sturdy.

Arrived bent, progressed to broken. Bad deal
It arrived bent. Not bent in the way it was supposed to be bent, though. One side was pushed in. I was able to gently reshape it. It wasn't symmetrical but it would hold a water bottle. It worked fine for almost 2 months. Then it came apart while I was on a ride. My bottle went flying into the street. I had to finish my ride with no water. No fun. I've bought other things from VO and realty liked them. I guess my mistake was buying though a middle man. Attached is a photo of my bottle cage, tied together with a wristband I found in my bag and a Velcro strap.

Lasted about 2 years before one of the tubes snapped on my most recent bike tour, using plastic water bottles. Going to try and find something a bit more durable.

pretty, but it rattles
A handsome cage. However: I have two similarly shaped cages of another brand mounted on a newer bike with frame bosses, and they hold Klean Kanteens with very little rattling. I purchased the VO cage to mount on an older bike without bosses, because the protruding tabs (visible in the photo) allow you to fasten the cage with bolt-tightened metal bands, the old fashioned way. It attaches securely, but the Klean Kanteen rattles a bit in the VO cage, whether because of the shape of the cage or the method of mounting I can't say.
