My goodness is this mug gorgeous! I ordered this for my mother-in-law for mother's day. It came packaged in this beautiful satin-lined box, really fast. It's heavy, so I'm a little worried it might be TOO heavy for her, but I know she's going to love, and since it's so heavy I'm hoping it'll last a long time. My only complaint is that when I opened the shipping box, the gift box was open and the mug had rolled out. I wish that they would have added some kind of filler to the box to hold it, and my mom's gift, in place and more secure.

I did order this as a gift for my brother and I'm really pleased and happy because it is a very beautiful cup. It is well made, durable, it looks delicate but also sturdy, and the details are beautifully made. I love it! My only complain is that the box came in a plastic envelope and it got a bit damaged on two corners. I would like they pack it inside another box, so it can be more protected during delivery. But overall I'm impressed with it, it is so beautiful that today I ordered another one. It came in a blue box with satin inside, a spoon, a little mantel to place it and a piece of pink satin. This makes a beautiful gift for a special person in your life. Thanks to the seller and Amazon!

This was a gift. It's not the best quality glass, and it could be a little better finished, but the person I gave it to as a gift was so in awe of it, that I think it deserves 5 stars, just because it makes an impressive gift. Presentation with the nice gift is appropriate.

As others have stated, it came in a damaged box, which was unfortunate because the glass cup is beautiful, as well as, the inside if the box. Would be a perfect gift box if not for part of the top being crushed. I don't think its the seller's fault. Amazon delivered it (in one of their vans) & the cup box was inside a bubble-type mailer. Should have been packaged in a n actual Amazon box instead.

The media could not be loaded.  Glass is thin but it seems to do a decent job of holding hot drinks. Looks as nice as it does in picture

This is actually my second glass cup purchase with similar designs. I’ve been giving them to my Grandma for Christmas. This year I purchased the tall glass with red flowers and a spoon, which arrived in a re-giftable box that i thought was convenient. Although, they do seem delicate and may need to be put somewhere we’re they’re not touched often. Overall, I would recommend as a gift for someone who would be into something of this nature. Also, for anyone who may be wondering, these are not microwave safe due to the handles on the cups being metal. Hope this is helpful. Thanks for reading 😊

I absolutely love this coffee mug. The art work is gorgeous! I fill it with coffee and put it on a coffee warmer, which gets pretty hot! The glass itself does not sit on the warmer, the bottom ( metal???) gets hot and warms up the side rose veins. I use it often and the glass has never cracked let alone broke. The only thing I didn't like was the box was really dented pretty badly. I'm glad it wasn't a gift for someone else, just a gift to me! 😀

Beyond beautiful workmanship, art work, piece of art to sit and enjoy sipping a cup of tea or coffee and relaxing. I was surprised at the beauty of this and will re-order. Gave to my sister for a Mother's Day present. She stores it in her dining room hutch when not using it. Will re-order.

I purchased this as a gift. It's absolutely beautiful. I like it so much, that I am considering getting the larger version for myself. My friend who received it as a gift was very happy. It looks exactly as you would expect and it is great for drinking out of as well. Very high quality, happy customer.
