We love this syrup usually. It was my first time ordering it this way. One had the seal broken. All of the others smell terrible, like mold and they don’t taste right either! Every bottle had to be trashed. Huge waste of money

This product calls for refrigeration after opening, however, after a period of time, I’ve had 3 bottles crystallize and its quite annoying.

This is, by far, the best pancake syrup I have ever eaten! I use to buy it at a local store, and they stopped carrying it. I bought another well known name brand, but it was no comparison. My husband said we had to find out where we could get this, so I went online, found it, and bought a case.

This was our second box where multiple bottles had broken seals. The first box I thought only had one broken, but then I realized it was actually 3 of the 6. When the replacement shipment came they were even more poorly packaged and only two were sealed...I'm not returning anymore because bow I have 5 out of 6 bottle at least and it seems like such a waste to get yet another shipment in an attempt to get the right amount of product. My garbage can has 7 full bottles of syrup in it with broken seals 😕

Love the syrup but 2 of the bottles were damaged and as you would expect very messy to clean up..didnt want to return cuz the guy who delivered the package was already very upset syrup was all over him and his truck...just wanted 2 bottles refunded and they gave full refund 😁
