How do I know what size to get these in?

The size has to do with the reading glasses part of it. Its for magnification. If you don't need magnification use 0.00. If you need magnification then you probably know what amount you need.

Will they double as sun glasses as well?

No they dont. I put them on when facing the sun and it's like not wearing glasses at all. These don't offer protection from sun just from computers.

Will these fit someone (my husband) with a big head? Are they adjustable?

They are not adjustable but the frame has spring loaded hinges. My head is quite large and they are very comfortable! I can wear them for hours without any discomfort,

What's the best way to clean these?

Honestly A microfiber towel, it seems like these glasses have an oil coating on them that will smudge with a regular glasses cloth. I use a microfiber towel (one for car windows) to really remove the oil smudges.
