I bought this for my Granddaughter who had visited a tea shoppe in Tuscan Az last summer and used these for the first time. No better praise than to hear “Grandma you did good”. She says it only takes a few and they dissolve quickly. I love that they come in this cute little jar that seals well to preserve freshness.

Upon receipt it the crystals weee numerous but there was significant powdery sugar. I believe that was more due to shipping than manufacturing. I purchased this for the holidays for the added pop of decadence with desserts and signature drinks. It gave what it was supposed to give and needed. I would indeed recommend.

I like the product, but bought this in error. I was looking for the amber and beet rock sugar and I purchased this in haste, my fault. On a good note, this tastes great in my coffee. I mixed it with some amber rock sugar. Winning combo!
