Its quite amazing, but need consistent tightening of screws to eliminate sqweeking sounds. Its comfortable and easy to use. Size is great too as it can fit in the room easily.

Product description given by the seller on Amazon does not match the product received. Stride length is 11 inches, described 15.75 inches. Their customer service has no explanation for this. Putting the stride length at 15.75 inches clearly enhances the product and attracts customers only for them to be fooled later when they receive it. I am sorry even though the product quality is good, I am uncomfortable with their after sales service especially when they have to resort to misinformation to sell the product.
