This organic olive oil may be one of the best I have ever purchased...It is wonderful & is top notch in every way - texture & viscosity, initial taste & lasting flavor, bottle design & spout pourability. The spout on this olive oil bottle is the BEST I have ever experienced - No dripping, overpour, or leaking. Just PERFECT. I am still in awe that I came across this purchase randomly...What a great surprise!

High Quailty, Gorgeous Bottle
Impressed! This is a tasty olive oil, smooth and light but still with some body. Gorgeous packaging makes me want to keep this out on my counter. Anything from Firenze makes my heart beat faster, though be aware that this oil is a blend of olives around the Mediterranean. Still at a price that's competitive with other quality oils, I'm very pleased with the purchase and will likely buy again.

I’ve tried my share of mid-to-up-market olive oils including not just national brands like O and Bionaturae but also artisinal, family operations like Organic Roots Farm, even the “Olio Nuovo” 1st-flush of harvest that’s greener and fresher. Nothing compares. This is by far the most delicious, freshest-tasting, most full-bodied and well-rounded flavor, gently green, floral, and mildly sweet all at once. I struggle to even _describe_ how _vastly_ superior this unfiltered Carapelli is! A true delight! It has a vitality hard to put into words. I won’t look back: it’s Carapelli unfiltered from now on! Bonus points for very sturdy bottles with excellent pour control and substantial, secure caps, plus a nifty design that provides good grip. I heartily recommend this amazing oil from Carapelli to anyone interested in excellent olive oil at what for the quality is quite a reasonable price.
