Excellent slide, but small
First, I think Rockslides are among the best slides produced. Period. I love my Molded Glass (Medium) that fits my ring finger like it was molded for me. For anyone who doesn't know, these slides are tapered on the inside (your knickle is wider, after all, than the tip of your finger). This makes them fit with less "slop," meaning more control. It also makes them heavier than a straight-walled slide, and you WANT weight in a slide or you'll get weak tone with lousy sustain. They also have a cut-out "groove" on the outside that fits against your supporting finger. Again, it helps with control (but would only work if you're right-handed, I guess).Anyway, I wanted to try a slide on my pinky, so went back to their website, where they share comparable ring sizes for their various products. The Molded Glass (medium) is listed as being for a size 8-10.5 (again, it's tapered inside). I wear about a size 10 3/4 ring (11 is just a hair loose, so I'll wear a 10.5 sized up a bit) and the slide fits me great, so I figured their ring size estimates are probably just a little on the small side.I had 2 jewelers size my pinky and they both said it's between 8.5 to 9, but I can definitely get an 8.5 over the knuckle.I searched Rockslide's products and was disappointed to see the "small" Molded Glass slides fit ring size 6-8. I knew that would be too small. But then I found this Joey Landreth model advertisng a ring size of 7-8.5. I figured that should work, so ordered it.Definitely way too small. :(The slide should fit so the top just covers your second knuckle. If you're lucky, the end of your finger should come to the end of the slide. (See how my glass one fits.)I couldn't get the Joey Landreth one anywhere near my knuckle and my fingertip was barely visible from the end.Bottom line--it's great quality, a great design, and I even like the "tarnished" brass look! But make sure you can wear a ring size of maybe 7.5 max. Otherwise, you'll be sending it back like me. :(The search continues.

Joey Landreth rock slide (aged)
I love this slide it fits my finger and it sounds great! It makes me play just like Joey Landreth!! NOT.I recommend this slide. Make sure you get the correct size. I used an open ended wrench to measure my intended finger (pinky) it was 17mm and the slide I bought is 17.xx mm it fits great!

Unbelievably Tiny
I got this as a birthday present. I don't know whose hands this will fit, but certainly not mine. I have pretty average to maybe thin fingers. This slide won't even go over the first knuckle on my pinky. I have a regular (large) Rock Slide and was excited about this longer "Landreth" version because while my other Rock Slide is my favorite slide it won't cover all six strings. This is completely useless, what a disappointment.Back it goes...

Best slide I’ve ever owned
I purchased many slides over the years but this one is by far the best. The comfortable fit on your pinky with the contour and cut out at the bottom is fantastic. It seems to be just the right weight… not too heavy but enough mass to be effective.
