Vortex optics diamondback hd binoculars. can you put a tripod under this type of optics

The Diamondback HD's are tripod compatible. You will need to utilize a tripod adapter, allowing use on a tripod or car window mount. Vortex offers a tripod adapter (Amazon part number B000FZQWMA) as well as their Uni-daptor (Amazon part number B003AVESOK).

Does the 10x42 have a cell phone adapter?

You can contact PhoneSkope. They have one designed just for this. Some may claim to fit any Binocular or spotting scope, but PhoneSkope is specific to phone and Optics. Check out their website.

The hinge is too stiff for adjustment, what could I lubricate it with?

When I received my Vortex Diamondbacks they were very stiff, back once I started adjusting them and continued using them they loosened up. No need for any lubricant, just work them and they will loosen up.
