The "hard shell" is very thin plastic. It broke when I opened it to put the phone in.

When I first opened it I could feel how cheap it was made. Then in further looking I could see the plastic liner was already bent and stressed. For the cost of the S10+ phone I wouldn't trust this case to protect my phone.

The case is nowhere near what is pictured, very thin, cheap plastic doesn't even stay clipped without phone in it, doesn't have port cover for headphone aux jack, no soft backing for back of phone just ridged plastic. I literally waited 3 weeks for this junk to get here and did not get what I paid for or what was pictured

I'm really pleased with this case. It is sturdy and durable. The one thing that convinced me to get it and I do not regret, is the way the edges and the front protrude out to guard the screen and corners for breakage. Im pleseantly surprised. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS to install. If you do that you won't break the case, otherwise you might.

Is it an OtterBox, no, but as an adult phone owner, I'm not hard on my phone like my kids, so this was a great buy, alot more color choices available than OtterBox currently has for my phone model. Would definitely buy again.

I gave it 4 stars because it seems quite durable. It is a little hard to get on your phone and wasn't compatible with the glass screen protector I had on my phone already. It made cracking sounds when I pressed on the screen. Other than that it is cute and very strong case.

I like my case the way it looks but it definitely does not have the two flaps for head phone and the charger port. It only has one for the charger. And I can't even put a screen protector on it because it bends it when I try and put the case on. And already have a crack in my screen from it but I guess you get what you pay for. But I would not recommend this to anyone.

Ordered this case for a co-worker who had just got a new phone. The phone company wanted 3 times the price for a plain phone. With her and her husband getting the same phone they needed different cases to tell them apart. She was very happy with color and with the case overall.

Excellent protection...good fit, easy to install, nice color when new, color fades quickly and seems to absorb some of the dirt and grime from your hands. The headphone jack doesn't accept all cablesIt's one of the very few cases it has a properly raised Edge all the way around the screen which considering the cost of these phones seems a little ridiculous to me and I don't suspect it would be that difficult thing for most phone cases to accomplish. As someone who has had broken phones in somewhat unusual circumstances at times I feel that is very strong to have as much screen protection as possible

Love this case, super durable. Exactly like the picture. My phone hasn't fallen yet but I'm not worried as this case is strong I know my phone screen protected and so is the back camera of my samasung galaxy s10plus.

Picture is a bit deceiving. Thought there would be a flap to cover the headphone jack but there is not and the teal is more robin egg blue. Still pretty and very durable.

I really like these phone cases, they protect my phone well and they feel sturdy. I've already purchased two because I'm very happy with it.

I like how sturdy it is, not super bulky like otterboxes.. only downfall is i got the teal and pink one and the teal seems to want to soak up all the dirt. So it is very stained already - which is why you get 4 stars from me. Durability is there, cosmetically.. not so much
