Excellent product. Worth buying. Tried this for ice creams and it came out great.

Whingers, dont bother. Teaspoon, back of the throat, guzzle some water, done. Dont try mixing it, it wont, because its not going to by chemical design. Does a great job for pumps, but its for Gen X, Xennials and Millenials only.

Great in cooking.
I use this to increase my stearic acid intake to help raise metabolic rate. I use it in ice cream, sauces, choc truffles, bread and pastry baking. Works great as an emulsifier. Will defo order again.
