Awesometoner TN115BK Compatible Laser Printer Toner Cartridge for Brother MFC-9840CDW, 5000 Page Yield

I bought this black toner cartridge and have used it for a week now. It works just fine, no leaks, no streaks, no grey areas on paper. The text is not quite as crisp or dark-black as OEM cartridge it replaced, but is acceptable for business purposes and more than acceptable for personal use. Actually, most people would not notice the difference unless compared side-by-side and told to look for a difference.At least this cartridge doesn't leak, unlike the expensive Brothers OEM crappy toners. I will never buy that poorly-made OEM stuff again.One comical thing about this aftermarket cartridge: The plastic case does have "Brothers" embossed onto it, but the vendor covers it over with a thick piece of black electrical tape. It's done so well you hardly notice, but once you do it might be considered cheesy.I cannot comment on how long the toner lasts.....

It's admittedly difficult to judge how long a toner cartridge is going to last. However, I've purchased two of these cartridges from this vendor and both ran out after about a single ream of paper (500 pages) printed double sided with text.The cartridge gets two stars instead of one because both of the cartridges did not leak or explode like some remanufactured cartridges I purchased in the past.I recommend buying from a different vendor or sticking with a genuine toner product.

I was nervous about buying a compatible toner cartridge for my expensive laser printer. But, it works just fine. The manufacturer cartridges are so expsensive, and although this one wasn't cheap, it was a lot better price. I've been using it about a week, and so far, so good. No leaks, no spots, no problems. Also, received it fairly quickly, and it was well-packaged. I'll use this seller again.

After about 2500 copies, the cyan began to leak all over every copy. The other cartridges continue to do well. I did not contact the company because I needed to deliver a major project the next day and could not wait for a replacement. In any other difficulty the company has treated me quite well and been responsive. No way out on this one. The price for quality is unbeatable. But you have to be ready for shortcomings.

Not much ink. Ok for the price

Some "compatible" cartridges are more compatible than others. This one seems to work virtually as well as a Canon version and is far less expensive. I have had this for a few months and there has not been a problem yet..

I received a professionally refilled Brother OEM cartridge with markings removed. Very well packaged. Prints beautifully so far in 4070 CDW printer.
