This review may change after additional time, as I just started taking it. From the outset, I found the bottle was nicely sealed, twice. First seal is plastic ring around the outside, and the 2nd one is a tight peel-seal between the cap and bottle opening. Right there, it makes me confident the product is professionally made and quality controlled. As I'm personally dealing with psoriasis and other autoimmune -- inflammation causing -- problems, I was looking for something to help with healing internally. After much research, I chose this brand for their competitive pricing and ingredient quality. These pills look like little seeds of sunshine! They have a pleasing amber color on the inside. I've not experienced any apparent side-effects after 2 days, so far. In my experience, it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to several months before a supplement shows its true colors. So far, I'm pleased. From everything I've read, having 100 mcg of the MK7 version of K-2 is the better form to use with D3. 5/25/25. Update: Vitamin D levels went from 50 to 80 in 1 month taking 2 pills a day.! I’ve now since reduced to just one pill a day but I know the vitamin D works. I can only assume the K2 is also doing as it is supposed to, but I didn’t have any way of testing that specifically..

These are exactly the same as what I was taking at a much higher price. It's much to soon to tell if it's improving my bone density yet, though. I did appreciate the easy opening lid, that I did not have to fight a plastic seal around it. The only suggestion I'd make is to put a silica gel packet inside to because there was a big clump inside.

I heard on the news recently that about 80% of folks in the USA are deficient in Vitamin D. So I checked the online portal of my medical provider and wow! I am deficient, too. Vitamin D is important for a healthy immune system, so that may be why I catch a cold every year. And the Vitamin K helps with absorption of vitamin D3. This seems to be what I need. Because of my deficiency I was told to take two of these each day for a few weeks, then one should be adequate for maintenance. But DON’T do what I do without getting labs checked by your doctor! If you take too much it could be dangerous, also.

I’m really happy with this vitamin D. It has a high dose, which is exactly what I was looking for, and the ingredient list is clean. You get a large number of tablets in the bottle, so it lasts a long time and feels like a great value. I also appreciate that the tablets don’t stick together, which makes them easy handle. This is my second time purchasing it.
