At best, it’d be a mild nuisance that would follow out immediately when changing my padsicle and, at worst, it’d cause pain and irritation because it felt like crinkled tissue paper down there. These cooling pads are great! They’re not perfect— they do move around and shrivel a bit but they are thick and durable. They absorb blood and have a nice cooling effect that lasts longer than Tuck’s or the generic brand did. I find it best to combine it with the Frida Mom ice packs!
