These were exactly what I needed for stress relief as well as hand exercise. Great quality and stiff. Ended up handing them out to my team and will order more.

No problem with the seams separating. I am guessing that if you bounce the ball off of the floor or a wall even a couple of times the seams might split due to the sudden expansion from an impact. So far I have only used these for their intended purpose and there have not been any signs of seam splits. So far I am satisfied with the quality and durability.

Decent quality, I've only really used 3 of them so far, and just squeezing them in my hand one of them already had the seam rip open. Of the ones that aren't broken they seem to be holding up ok. They are a little stiffer than I expected but very useable. My only complaint is that 1 out of 3 fails under designed use.

Can already feel a difference from how I am able to squeeze the ball now from when I got them a week ago. I worried because I have very small hands and struggle with the size of most stress balls. No worries here. While it is the perfect size for a large hand, it is still fits in my smaller hand, so I am still able to squeeze it.

The balls were too firm

My son uses these items as he continues to rehab after a severe illness, which reduced strength in his right arm and hand. He will bring them to his OT and PT sessions and will work with them in his room on his own. They provide enough resistance so that he can build up his hand strength while managing his anxiety, too!

So far these balls are holding up. The fabric has not torn and the stitching is holding. I use these when donating plasma since you have to pump your hand to help the blood flow these balls help the process go smoothly.

These are great stress relievers. They are very sturdy and will definitely build have strength. The bundle was great so everyone could have their own. Perfect for stress and anxiety and ADHD.
