To a avoid smoking but this oil makes everything better for you then traditional oils and way more moist and tasty. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This wasn't for me, but my husband claims this works well for him. *by I***S on September 7, 2019* I was going to rank this a steady 3 stars, as I didn't experience anything with this GreenIVe MCT Oil, good or bad. It is tasteless and odorless, and can easily go into your coffee or other liquids/smoothies/whathaveyou. It blends well, and didn't give me any digestive upsets of any kind. I simply didn't experience any kind of boost in energy or other health benefit one way or another after using it for a few weeks...but that's just me. My husband, on the other hand, loves this stuff. He claims he can feel a difference, and that it energizes him. Go figure? He also likes mixing this right in to a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, and he says he also feels appetite suppressing qualities with it - another item I did not experience at all. Overall, it appears to be of decent quality, and it's just one of those things where YMMV from one person to the next. I would have given it 3 stars, and he says he would give it 5...so I guess 4 stars is fair between the two of us.
