This is a staple in our home, and on monthly subscription. Quercetin is a found naturally in apples berries broccoli etc. it’s helps with immune support, has great anti inflammatory effects. Works as expected. We take several supplements to fight off colds and viruses, as well as for our overall health. Neither the wife or I have had any issues other than short-duration colds.

I was just trying this to see what's the big deal? Well I was surprised it gave me lots of energy, although it takes a while for it to start and it lasts for many hours so you need to plan for it, so to speak. In fact I didn't really like that at the time and I threw it in the garbage i guess since I can't find it now. But now I can really use the energy so I am going to buy another jar. As far as the immune system and all that, i have no idea. For me it's like an 8-10 hour energy pill that takes about 3 hours to kick in. Strange but true. :)

Lo empece a usar porq oi q la quercetina sirve para las alergias, me ha ayudado en muchas cosas, en disminuir considerablemente urticaria, antes padecia muchas infecciones urinarias ahora ya no tengo, hizo q un cuadro de gripe fuera mas leve, no tuve q tomar antibioticos y lo q mas me ha gustado es porq tengo una enfermedad autoinmune y despues de 6 meses continuos de uso la inflamacion caracteristica de las enfermedades autoinmunes esta en los rangos normales! Sin tomar medicinas como inmunosupresores o corticoides. Tambien mi hermana tuvo dengue y desde el dia 2 de sus sintomas le di 2 capsulas cada dia y le fue muy bien, se recupero a la semana y sin complicaciones
