Cord was a piece of crap! Did not send original charging cord!

Purchased in June 2023 with assurance the unit was compatible with ATT Mobile services. After long conversations with ATT it has now been concluded it has never been with ATT mobile. Some functions work as expected but Wi-Fi calling will not work. With several levels of ATT customer service the unit is not compatible.

The phone is in great condition, it doesn't even seem like it was used, very satisfied.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a phone online but the price was unbeatable. Compatible with ATT/Cricket wireless. Took the SIM card out of my old phone, placed in this phone, and all data was automatically transferred. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this refurbished phone hoping it would perform as indicated and have no issues. Unfortunately the phone is not functioning as I had hoped & the return window closed 5 days ago. When the battery runs low or runs out and I plug in the charger, there is a moisture warning that pops up on the screen. This is not something I can fix, so basically I have wasted good money. I will stick to purchasing new products.
