Anyone make kimchi in machine Recipe please.

MakingKimchi: 1.Wash the vegetables and dry them; 2.Boil some water and then put some salt in to make it very salty; 3.After the water is cooled completely , pour it into the inner pot and add some white wine. The sorghum wine is the best; 4.Put the vegetables into the water with all seasoning, Close the lid. 5.Press 'FUNCTION" button to enter'ENZYME/SWEET WINE' function, light indicator will display default of 2 days (26°C), Choose 3-7days.

What is the material of the cooking pot? is the non-stick coating pfoa free? thank you.

It looks non-stick, but it doesn’t matter, just put garlics into the rocker.
