Light, and good value for a beginner. bought one for my friend who is learning tennis as well. good racquet. would recommend even for females.

Before buying this racket, I had never played a lick of tennis in my whole life. After buying this I have played lots of tennis. Has it made me better? I would say definitely having a racket makes me much better at tennis than not having one. As for the actual racket, this seems to be a very popular racket amongst beginner/intermediate people that I see out and about during my times at the various tennis courts. I assume everyone else that bought one is much better with this racket than without one as well.

I love the racquet, but it's already falling apart. The grip has already fallen off and I've only practiced with it twice. So for me, it's not worth the money. I also purchased 3 racquets for $2 at the thrift store and all worked fine for over two years before they started to wear down. So my expectations of what a good racquet is was based off of 3 thrift store racquets and it failed. I'm more disappointed than anything.

My kids (11 and 14) are starting to take up tennis. After a handful of lessons, they seemed interested to continue, so I wanted them to have their own rackets rather than using whatever broken old rackets were available at the city park clubhouse. I bought several different models at this price point, but this is the one they always reach for. As others have said, the grip tape will start to come off after repeated use. It costs 1/10th of the high end rackets, so anticipate your level of use before buying. If you are an experienced player who expects to play frequent games at a high level, this never was the right racket for you.

Lightweight. Well Strung. Lasts long. If you are a beginner , this is a best bat to start with. Note: There is not much power drive on this bat. So, its ok from that perspective. Otherwise, everything is good about this bat.

A great starter racquet. I had a much more spendy racket ( $130) with which I never really found my groove--it was just too hefty. Start light and move up slowly when you're ready. This was a lot of fun compared to the heavier stick. I could make the racket head move fast and hit the ball well

Bought for my daughter who’s a beginner. I’m not a tennis player so can only rate this against the competition price wise.

The racket is good but they send used rackets for the price of new ones! I returned the first one and they sent me a racket with worse conditions! Looks like the seller of size 3/8 have this problem only.
